In order to provide personalized attention, we encourage customers requiring custom alterations to schedule an appointment. Appointments can be booked through our website, over the phone, or in person at our store.

In-Store Suit Selection
When you visit our store, you can browse our extensive collection of custom-made suits in a variety of styles, fabrics, and sizes. Our consultants are on hand to help you select a suit that meets your preferences and needs.

Custom Alterations
Once you have selected your suit, our tailoring team will make the necessary alterations to ensure an accurate fit. During your appointment, our tailor will take your measurements and discuss any necessary alterations with you.

Payment
Once your suit selection and any alterations have been completed, payment is required. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, including the cost of any customization services.

Fitting and Final Adjustments
Once your suit has been adjusted, you will receive a message to schedule a fitting appointment in our store. During this fitting, any additional minor adjustments will be made to ensure the suit meets your expectations.

Pickup and Delivery
Suits can be picked up in person at our store. We do not offer shipping services to ensure the highest standard of quality and fit. We recommend scheduling your pick-up appointment in advance so that your suit is ready for collection.

Cancellation and Return Policy
At LOMORO, we have a strict cancellation and return policy. This policy applies to all purchases made in our store and on our website. Our products are custom made and/or manufactured especially for you, so cancellations and returns are not possible. Please make sure you consider your choice carefully.
